VUF offers courses in Danish at all levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced) for all foreigners - regardless of educational background.

You will be given a place in a Danish course - Danish 1, 2, 3a or 3b- based on your schooling, your proficiency in Danish and your learning profile (how fast you will be able to learn Danish).

The aim of all Danish courses is that you pick up enough Danish and learn enough about Danish society to be able to hold a job and function as a member of the Danish society.
In addition, Danish courses 2 and 3 aim to help you qualify for entrance to various tertiary education programmes and further education.

Each module concludes with a test, and you only progress to the next level if you have achieved all the learning objectives specified for the module.
